Oh, wow..........Murilee Martin. My first post on Jalopnik seven years ago was to Murilee. I was pretty nervous to comment and thought I’d be more comfortable commenting to a woman. I soon found out. I miss Murilee.

Whenever I see a Torchinsky article I think to myself “Oh god, Torchinsky.” In the best way possible. I probably type “lol” twenty times daily, but his articles are the only things that actually make me laugh out loud.

He used to live in California. That’s where he got most of his DOTS posts. I think his wife got a job in Denver so that’s why they moved.
